This includes the entire negotiation process from analysis through to securing the deal. We charge a flat rate, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees. This covers all of our work to negotiate on your behalf once you've selected your desired property.

Is the fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the negotiation process begins. This covers all the work we do to analyze and negotiate the property deal. However, if the transaction does not go ahead due to factors outside of our control (e.g., the seller pulling out), we will work with you to assess the situation and discuss next steps.
Do I need to be involved in the negotiation?
You are as involved as you want to be. While we handle the negotiations, we’ll consult you on major decisions and ensure you're comfortable with the process. Our goal is to reduce your stress and workload while securing the best deal on your behalf.
