How much does your service cost?

Buyer Assist (Negotiation as a Service) $15,000 inc GST.

This includes the entire negotiation process from analysis through to securing the deal. We charge a flat rate, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees. This covers all of our work to negotiate on your behalf once you've selected your desired property.

What does the fee include?

Is the fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the negotiation process begins. This covers all the work we do to analyze and negotiate the property deal. However, if the transaction does not go ahead due to factors outside of our control (e.g., the seller pulling out), we will work with you to assess the situation and discuss next steps.

Do I need to be involved in the negotiation?

You are as involved as you want to be. While we handle the negotiations, we’ll consult you on major decisions and ensure you're comfortable with the process. Our goal is to reduce your stress and workload while securing the best deal on your behalf.

Can you help with both buying and selling?

We specialize in buyer's negotiations only. Our services are designed to help you secure the best possible deal when purchasing a property. For selling, we recommend engaging a professional real estate agent who can assist with the sales process.

How long will it take to negotiate a deal?

The timeline varies depending on the property and market conditions. Some negotiations can take a few days, while others may take longer. We aim to complete the negotiation in the shortest time possible, ensuring you’re getting the best value for your property purchase.
